Abstract

In today’s globalized world, communication frequently occurs among individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Traditional language teaching approaches often emphasize the use of a single language for communication, whereas translanguaging recognizes multilingual speakers’ ability to draw upon their entire linguistic repertoire. This article examines the role of translanguaging in facilitating cross-cultural communication.
