Islamic Finance In The Modern Global Financial System: Current Trends And The Practice Of Its Implementation In Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article is based on highlighting the economic essence of Islamic finance from various approaches, and aims to provide a clear understanding of the financial institutions and instruments that have emerged from the mutual integration of Sharia and finance. The emergence of Islamic finance in the global financial system and its preference by countries are analyzed. At the same time, the existing problems in the introduction of Islamic finance in the Republic of Uzbekistan are analyzed and proposals are made to eliminate these problems.
