Abstract

Ushbu maqolada, femin sport turlarida mutaxassislashgan qizlarning morfofunksional ko'rsatkichlari, ularning sport faoliyatidagi ahamiyati va bu ko'rsatkichlarni yaxshilash uchun tavsiyalar haqida so'z yuritiladi. Bu qizlarning sportdagi muvaffaqiyatini oshirish va ularning jismoniy va ruhiy salomatligini ta'minlashda muhimdir.
